Your data will be captured in different forms.

a) Via my contact me page on my website www.trainingwithkindness.co.uk 

b) Via email exchange with yourself and trainingwithkindness@hotmail.com

c) Via telephone & face to face interactions.

My website will collect cookies as a way of me managing and tracking analytics through my page to ensure it remains user friendly and information is easy to find.

Data Storage:

I will not be storing your information anywhere other than in my email. Any documents I write after sessions will be shared with you.

Data Removal:

I will hold your data for up to 3 months after the last contact we had. At which point I will email you to inform you that I will be deleting your details unless you tell me otherwise. 

3rd Party Sharing:

I will not share any of your information unless required to do so by any applicable law or legal process.

I hold the right to be able to change and update this policy whenever I need to.
