TRAINING CHOICES
HOME/ OBSERVATION VISIT
This visit enables you to meet me, ask any questions you may have, and for us to discuss the training and support you require for your puppy/dog. I also have the opportunity to see how your puppy/dog interacts in their home environment and with other members of their family before any session(s) commence.
These visits can also be a one off, as all you may need is help to refine the skills you have in place, enabling you to achieve more consistent results. Feedback is always given via e-mail with additional appropriate documents.
The visit usually lasts between 1-1.5 hours.

1:1 SESSIONS
Training will be based on the discussion held during the home visit. Each dog has their own pace of learning, so an ongoing assessment is always in place to monitor their progress. Sessions can then be tailored to suit the needs of the individual puppy/dog enabling them to succeed. Bespoke hand outs and feedback are given after each session with additional documentation, if required. Email and phone support is included too.
Price: £ 54.00 per hour ( or part there of)
1:1 PUPPY COURSE
This five session course is designed for puppies from ten weeks to six months meaning you can start after your puppy's first vaccination within your home environment.
This course will look at body language, observing how your puppy moves and interacts with their environment . This will help you to identify what works for your puppy.
Basic skills will also be covered, for example, meet and greet , loose lead walking, recall, settle, wait, leave, and stay in position. Sessions are 10-14 days apart to ensure both puppy and guardian are confident with each skill, and at a pace that is acceptable to both puppy and guardian.
Bespoke hand outs and feedback are given after each session with additional documentation, if required. Email and phone support is included too.

PUPPY CLASSES -Outdoor
Small classes. This is a 6 week course taken over an eight week period. For puppies who are fully vaccinated up to the age of six months. The course covers basic skills such as focus exercises, as well as sit, wait, settle, loose lead walking and recall.
Canine body language and observing your puppy also plays a key part so that they can be set up to succeed: enabling a puppy to learn.
The paddock provides natural distractions so your puppy has an opportunity to practise these new skills.

When Puppy Classes are available, they will be on a Saturday starting at 10.00 a.m. during Autumn and Winter and and 9.00.a.m. during Spring and Summer.

NB If you feel your puppy or dog may struggle in an outside environment please phone or email me before booking so we can discuss how we can both help your puppy or dog.
1:1 ADOLESCENT COURSE
For those adolescents who may need support with a particular part of their life which they find challenging due to the physical and mental developments they are going through. For example, loose lead walking, recall, interacting with their environment, or who may need their confidence restored with every day life. This course will be tailored to suit your dog's needs. Suitable for puppies and dogs from six months to maturity.
Five sessions with a gap of 10-14 days between sessions to give both of you space and time to practise.

TRAINING / BUILDING SELF CONFIDENCE WALKS
Small group. Designed to build confidence in young or older dogs who are struggling with their environment as they cope with major changes. These can be mental, physical, or family dynamic changes.
To participate, I would like you to have at least one 1:1 session, to assess, and refresh basic skills so the young or older dog is in a position to participate successfully within the group.
The group will be involved with parallel walking, meet and greet manners, being able to remain calm when moving around and near other young dogs, adults, and moving traffic. All interaction will be taken at the individual dogs pace to maintain confidence and trust.
Weekly meetings are on offer and at various locations dependant on group dynamics.
Verbal feedback will be given at the end of the session with additional documentation, if required. Email and phone support is included too.
Price: £18.00 per session.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Telephone and email support will be available for up to six months after training courses have been completed.
*Mileage charge applicable if over 20 miles.
